Join us for the Wyld Retreat, 'Valley of the Moon' an embodied journey illuminated by grandmother moon for an immersive weekend of Yoga, Art, Dance, Nature, Connection, Storytelling and more, in collaboration with @wyldspaces and guest facilitator @onenaomes
This weekend will be about resetting, reflecting, replenishing, and regenerating in resonance with nature and all the elements under the Full Moon and at the time of the Lunar Eclipse.

‘ancestor dolls are wisdom-keepers who hold stories of our origins. making a doll is a way of remembering these stories and a chance to connect with our forgotten past.’
join us in making your own cloth ancestor doll on the 19th of march @wyldspaces in milton between 11-5
we will be playing with different simple / primitive art materials whilst gathering threads to stitch stories into our dolls… no previous art experience is needed, just bring your curiosity and a sense of adventure…

people have gained wisdom, insight and healing from creating art in connection with nature since ancient times. this relationship with the environment has been proven to help us regulate and promote a sense of wellbeing, belonging and joy.
sometimes in our busy lives we feel like we don't have a lot of time to spend in nature or for self care. the sage caravan offers accessible opportunities to deepen our relationships; through connecting with the elements, nature and self, and creating sacred art to embody the experience.
